Refund policy

• Customers are entitled to inspect their order upon delivery in the presence of the courier. This ensures the item arrives exactly as expected and in perfect condition. Customers may refuse the order upon delivery after inspection. Once the order is accepted and the courier leaves, the standard return policy will apply.

• We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return or exchange any item within 5 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition.

• If you receive a wrong item or a defective product, we offer a free exchange or a full refund, based on your preference, within 14 days of delivery.

• Any claims regarding incorrect items, missing accessories, or manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• The bag must be returned in its original packaging, including the dust bag, tags, and any accessories. Items missing any of these components will not be eligible for return or exchange.

• Items showing signs of use, damage, negligence, alteration, or improper care are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the customer receives a defective or incorrect item.

• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or e-wallet, as agreed with the customer, within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

• Items purchased during promotional campaigns or special sales may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
